>demonize men and masculinitynot done in the show at all. there are two moments in the show that are explicitly anti-male - there's geralt reacting to stregobor's request to murder renfi, and there's calanthe ranting about male traditions. in both cases, the "toxic male" or "toxic masculine" tradition turn out to be right. stregobor is 100% correct that renfri is a massive danger and everyone in calanthe's court is 100% correct about the law of surprise. moreover, calanthe - who's really the only stronk feminyst in the show - is presented repeatedly as prideful to the point of narcissistic delusion. she is not a flawless warrior queen. there is no unexamined feminist or anti-male narrative in the show whatsoever and to claim there is is either disingenuous or idiotic
the minority thing is simply the cost of doing business in hollywood now I think but it's a good fucking show otherwise
