If she has some common knowledge reason for being big, people will stop thinking beyond that and wont question it. Is she part monster? Is she part machine? Is she an alien? Is she a super hero? Is she a goddess? Is she demonic? Is she a fairy tale giant in a medieval setting? Is she a trademarked character whos giant in her own media?
The second factor is what she wearing and what she doing? Is she just chiling in the scenery? Is she naked? Is she posing provocatively? Is she eating someone? Is she toying with some one against their will?
