If we import 10,000 law abiding mexicans and 500 mexican gang members that is still 500 more gang members than we had before, the per capita may be different but it is still crime we wouldn't have had before. Newsflash: Your boss does not set the prices in a capitalist or even socialist country. Their competition does. If Company A makes a car for $5,000 and sells it for $6,000 they have the option of selling it cheaper than a company that spends $5,999 on production.
In a fascist society, wages would be set by the state, immigrants would not be allowed in and the working class would be happier and freer.
