The goal is to think nothing at all. This is hard at first, but to train yourself, you should do these things:
1) remove any inner monologues
2) go from thinking in moving images to a sequence of many images
3) try to think of only one image and fade that image away
4) if you ever start thinking in monologues again, repeat
Its important to not try to force your mind to do these things, just gently push it
