On certain android versions, it will make the phone go into a crash loop. You can use it IF you take a screenshot of the photo and use that as the wallpaper instead of the original picture.
Explained: android uses a rgb setting to display the pixels on your phone. This picture was taken with a professional camera using a different rgb setting to enhance the colors. Normally android would convert the setting into one it can understand and use, but there's a single pixel in the cloud that's an anomaly. Color in computers max out at 255, but somehow this pixel goes to 255+ and crashes the whole system. The phone trys to fix it but since it's the wallpaper it doesnt have enough time to fix it because the phone crashes immediately.
Programmers are trying to replicate it to make a software patch but somehow is unable to recreate it.
