I just used Powerpoint. Not too difficult to make.
1. Change slide size to 28.757x50.8cm
2. Find large images and change heights to 28.575cm
3. Divide 50.8 by number of images for image width
4. Crop all images to this width
5. Position in order with first and last to sides of slide
6. Select all images then align middle and distribute horizontally
7. Select all and save as picture
