how much does it cost to build a no frills but decent commieblock?
what about maintenance costs?
got me thinking
I really wonder what's the lowest cost you make these and temporary house people in but still give them a decent life till they could afford better
they really shouldn't exist though, much better building traditional or alternative building methods and was of making urban spaces
not to mention concrete and cement isn't a very good material, and obviously none this stuff compares to things like ancient concrete
