http://www.chapter3.net/imperium/ due to curiosity when I searched "desktop imperium". The website is so old, it doesn't even render in modern-day browsers. After quite a lot of view-sourcing, I have gathered a few wallpapers.
Evidently, these were made for low-resolution displays but I will still post them here for preservation (and inspiration) for you all. I do like the feel they give off (optimistic and exploratory usage of computers).
These renders were designed mainly using old versions of Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, Cinema 4D (as said on website). I would like to create few pieces in the same vein, I think. These do look nice as atmospheric dnb album art.
