- I would switch out your secondary monitor for another asus monitor and put them on a monitor arm

Go for a wireless keyboard with couch setup; I I have a similar setup and think the cheap wireless membrane switches are just fine and they weight significantly less
Overall really nice setup. I love that you have a tablet or an echo on your desk, they're pretty handy. Your chair looks comfy too.

- None of your colors match; your wrist rest, the hexagonal lights, your wallpaper, the reds on your sub bar and mouse stand.
^^ I would try to compliment the neutral colors of some of your other items or stick to the same colors as your decor.
