>>7657849Nope, I'd say it goes without a doubt that the one next to Josuke is in fact a young Joseph (his name is even spelled on his shirt, right next to airplanes, which he was shown to fly multiple times through parts 2 and 3, and the American flag). Also, on some covers from Battle Tendency he is shown wearing a similar hat.
The one next to Jotaro is Jonathan, which can be assumed from, again, the design of his shirt: The writing "Jo Jo" appears a couple of times, there is a large ship in the middle (which obviously references the ship Jonathan died onto at the end of Phantom Blood), and finally there is an English flag, representing the character's nationality.
Araki just likes to revisit a lot of his character designs, so the outfits aren't really a clue to look for. He likes to put a lot of references though, so the characters are still recognizable.
