Christianity portrays good and evil as opposites, and evil as something that must be overcome (just like the dark avatar in legend of korra)
In eastern religions there is good within the evil and evil within the good, in Christianity there is simply good and evil.
Raava and Vaatu are clearly visually inspired by Yin and Yang, and by having Yin defeat Yang they completely whitewashed the eastern culture it was supposedly inspired by. If it was about Korra trying to restore the balance between them it would've been fine, but instead they took Yin and Yang and turned it into a God vs Satan story.
Don't accuse me of spouting bullshit because you're too stupid to see the very clear differences between eastern and western religions
