>>7781204A lot of it is really good, but a fair chunk of the episodes are tainted with woke bullshit. Sonnie's Edge is a prime example, what could have just been a cool story about people using monster mechs to fight each other and not underestimating your opponent just ends up becoming a giant rape metaphor. A lot of the episodes focused around women protagonists can be boiled down to "look how brilliant women suffer under the evil that men subject them to."
Three Robots, The Witness, Suits, Sucker of Souls, When the Yoghurt Took Over, Beyond the Aquila Rift, The Dump, Shape Shifters, Helping Hand, Fish Night, Lucky 13, Zima Blue, Blind Spot, Ice Age, Alternate Histories, and The Secret War, are all pretty free from woke shit but the quality varies in terms of still being good.
The generally agreed upon "good" episodes are The Witness, Suits, Beyond the Aquila Rift, Fish Night, and Zima Blue. Good Hunting is also good but leans heavily on the "evil white colonisers destroy everything" message.
Three Robots, Shape Shifters, Sucker of Souls, Blind Spot, Lucky 13, Alternate Histories, When the Yoghurt Took Over, The Dump, and The Secret War are all worth a watch and your enjoyment may vary depending on your taste.
Ice Age, and Helping Hand are pretty forgettable and not really worth the time.
Season 2 is a lot more consistent in quality, but ends up not having the good highs and shit lows of season 1. So far the standouts seem to be Ice, Snow in the Dessert, The Tall Grass, and All Through the House. I liked the Life Hutch, but it's basically just the movie Red Planet condensed into a 15 minute short.
