So I want to create a scrolling effect on my screen. I've already done this by dividing this very image into sections with an offset (1920 x 1080, and then increasing the offset incrementally with each image, and naming the images sequentially) but I've had to do so manually, and I was wondering if there were any tools/scripts out there that would enable me to partition an image, essentially, a pixel at a time (vertically) whilst still remaining the same resolution/dimensions for each individual partition.
