It's from one of those "in-game footage" demo reels they trotted out for E3 and all the conventions.
You know, the ones where the developers design a super HD premade video and slap a fake "footage rendered from game engine" caption on it, and then lie out their asses about what the game actually will look like?
And then when the game drops the following year and the graphics aren't 1/10th of what the demo reel made it out to be, they just shrug and say "We didn't lie, ur PC just sucks."
