>>7810459one thing i never understood is why NO ONE, not even the left that claims to care about the "working class" pushes for an intelligent minimum wage system. what's funny is its leftist that attack right-wing people's idea of a flat tax. but a flat tax is no different than the minimum wage leftist push. a universal, one size fits all wage.
some jobs deserve higher minimum wage over others. not all jobs at equal. why should a janitor's job who literately scrubs off the explosive diarrhea make the same $15 an hour as a door greeter at walmart who just waves at people and points to the bathrooms when people ask for they can go shit all over the walls? for that janitor to clean up?
i remember reading about the UK's minimum wage history and in the 1800's they realized this. i remember reading about they noticed the chimney cleaner does more work and deserves more pay than a bellhop and because of that, a chimney cleaner deserves higher pay than the bellhop. but not every single industry needed a minimum wage. only ones that were paying their workers jackshit.
i guess i'm just saying, minimum wage shouldn't be universal. it shouldn't be one size fits all either. i think they just push for "$15" for a similar reason as pic related.
>condense ideas (especially criticisms) for easy mass communicationjust a quick talking point that helps get people into a frenzy and they know the right will push back and they can just call them nazis to avoid debates. avoid actually solving a problem.
