I'm hoping to find an older pape here, I got it off of wg a while back, it was a photo taken from the namsan mountain in Seoul, South Korea, overlooking the city, the OP said he had taken it himself, so describing the picture in google woudln't work. It had a blueish tint to it. And I've been looking for it ever since.
