Some you can try are Ubuntu, Fedora, Linux Mint, Pop OS, Manjaro, whichever you fancy the most.
The command line is an extremely powerful tool, but you don't really have to use it for most tasks.
Also, the distro you choose is NOT the same thing as the way your desktop looks. There are many different desktop environments, most of which are compatible with every major distro, so you can install Manjaro which ships with XFCE, then if you like the desktop environment of Fedora you can install GNOME on top of your Manjaro installation, it'll work just fine.
Stay away from Arch and Gentoo while you're an absolute beginner, then if you want to learn more about the system and the command line you can install Arch after a month or two, make sure to follow a guide and look up everything you don't understand.
