Honestly I've done the mod thing myself many many times for many different servers, including certain chans, over the years, and if they didn't have the discord/voice chat requirements on here I'd probably sign up just to solo mod the fuck out of /wg/ and /hr/ (because nobody among the constantly changing crop of current mods seems to be doing anything with either board) just so I could get both boards back to a semi-decent state where they weren't both constantly full of crappy porn, edgy politics, lewd cartoon/anime shit, creepy creeper stalker threads, and image threads that are like 50% chat with little or no on-topic imagery attached.
Of course that'd probably mean /wg/ for example would be down to about 6-7 pages of actually usable content, but that'd still be a massive fucking improvement over the shitshow state this board is currently in.
