Love this wallpaper(ironically)
Is there any way I can get these as active bubbles that bounce around on my desktop?
I'm a absurdist retard and this is how I derive meaning in life.

this is probably not exactly your vision, but you could download a static background with weed on it and have Windows 7's bubble screensaver on top of it
