Funny thing is, most people dream of working from a plush private office with a massive desk, a nice view out the window, and a plastic tree in a pot in the corner, but honestly fuck that shit, a desk, a comfy chair, and a decent computer with internet all setup in a nice server room/data centre like that would do just fine for me.
Something about being in an air conditioned room full of servers, switches, routers and other computer kit that's all whirring and humming with a million different colored LED's randomly flashing away to themselves in their racks and there being little or no outside distractions from other people is quite the meditative experience.
I guess you have to grab your wins, and your peace, wherever you can find them in this world...
