The flight deck is apparently intact with all of its instrumentation, even the planes own toilets and sinks are plumbed in and fully functional.
Apparently the plane is quite a famous local landmark, and a bit of a tourist hotspot in the area.
It's not clear if the photo has been edited a little bit, the plane actually does sit in a clearing surrounded by trees, but other photos of the site show there to be a bit more space around the plane than is shown in that photo here.
