Oldfag here. I've seen within the span of my own life whole sections of two cities (Wilmington, DE & Chester, PA) go from family-friendly, safe residential neighborhoods with thriving businesses to half boarded up ghettos. How'd it happen? Blacks moved in, caused white flight, which caused more blacks to move in. Businesses hightailed it out of there, property values plummeted. Neighborhoods 100% non-white. Crime galore. Take Chester & Wilmington in 1967 (I was 8 & remember this) and look at them now.
But if you're under 40, you're going to believe that black people are the same as white people. Eventually, time will disabuse you of such notions.
