HI guys, I am searching for this one piece of art I once saw on 4chan, and I cannot for the life of me track it down again.

It was a smug american woman sitting in a chair ironically wearing a che guevara t shirt, while being surrounded by various third worlders who were providing her with drugs, cosmetics, coffee and porn.
