Other Kurosawa are Yojimbo,Throne of Blood, Ran, Kagemusha, Hidden Fortress, Hideo Gosha's Hitokiri is good as well.
The social modern films of Kurosawa are sensational as well, "Tengoku to Jigoku" is fantastic for instance.
