so the best guess I can come up with is that the blue cube might be an example of one of those handmade chocolates, that's either been wrapped in a blue foil, or painted with a blue food coloring, to represent the SAS airline colours
to be honest, looking at that image, the menu looks like it was probably pretty damned good for being airline food
