All safety protocols would forbid it because it would be way too easy to strip the jackets and expose the wires themselves which could lead to extreme electrical danger for the individual and anyone around them. Those small wires would be encased in a much thicker and more durable jacket at the very least, like how we ALREADY do with large cables consisting of many smaller wires. Fantasy feels childish and stupid when it transgresses reality to the point where one cannot suspend disbeleif.
