I mean if this weren't the case there wouldn't be so many Anon's around here continually making threads about posting and downloading windows papes, from the earliest low-res tiles through to the likes of WinXP's Bliss and Autumn Leaves, all the way up to the latest Win11 papes.
That said, the Win11 papes are all clearly trying a bit too hard to be 'Apple Mac' papes but without the stupidly high filesizes, but I guess that just ties in with the whole hot garbage Mac-like Win11 UI.
