When I lived in Montpellier we did get about a foot of snow in 2018, that was the most I ever saw outside of mountains or northern countries; and it was very surprising since it's on the meditteranean coast
All public infrastructure had a fit for 3 days with no buses and stuff; I'm wondering how Madrid deals with surprise snow?
