this one's been my to go wp for the last three or four years. i'm not a facebook user but i love it, it's from the old UI. the original size is 702x390, but i had to add some pixels of transparent background to bypass 4chin's limit

That tiles horizontally, but not vertically.
You have to cut 108 pixels at the bottom and offset the next copy horizontally by -86 pixels.

that looks awfully blurry compared to the original
tip if you're using just MS Paint and want non-blurry scaling:
>select the whole image area (Ctrl+A) and copy it to clipboard (Ctrl+C)
>unselect (Esc)
>resize the image (Ctrl+W) just to get the right image dimensions
>paste the original size (Ctrl+V)
>resize the pasted selection (Ctrl+W)
