They're in poor health and I'm the only one in the family that gives enough of a shit to take care of them. I'd be surprised if they made it another couple years. Rent is helping out around the place and I pay for my own food and portion of utilities, so it's not like I'm freeloading. It's a bitchless existence though.
Anyway I just bought one of these off of craigslist, a genuine 1972 Army portable field desk. It's gonna be a project to get it cleaned up, repainted and sealed (tested positive for lead paint kek) but it's gonna be sick.
