From memory the whole thing apparently kinda threatened to get into all kinds of 'legal action', but eventually the whole issue seemingly went away and afaik the site only features actual real female models still to this day.
This of course doesn't mean there aren't trans models out there who put out content similar to SG material, they just can't use the SG name/branding.
