Glancing over your "source" which is just a totally random website, it says that a link between something and "leaky gut" is well-established in literature", so right off the bat you have misinformation.

Leaky gut describes a thing, it's real, but no one knows anything else about it. There is no data or evidence regarding what causes it or how to treat it. That would be from webmd, by the way. Much more reliable than your random-ass conspiracy mongering site.

To test if it is something in the room like allergens try sleeping somewhere else a few times and see if it becomes less. If not and it seems inherent:

Get a xylometazoline nasal spray, another pump bottle and de-conentrate it with cooked water to sth like 15-20% former concentration. The standard concentration is MUCH too high.
Then use it just for the night, just as much as needed. With the concentration reduced that much and only used once per day for the night so that the nose can regenerate over the day you can use it a long time without negative side efects. Store the mixture in the fridge to keep it from spoiling.

It doesn't damage your nose, your tissue adapts to the vasoconstrictive drug. If it is really allergies, you need to be using as low a dose of nasal steroids as gets the job done; speak to your doctor.

i remember that it was glaceon was running through ice and hopping around them all cool like to entice kids, and leafeon had something similar.
wondering if anyone knows what im even talking about or if i imagined it lol

(i think these were the cards from the commercial, not sure though. i remember they were in those big tins however)
