>>274911Okay, we'll start from the beginning.
Go here:
https://github.com/AtomCrafty/yukatool/releasesOn the top-most post, under Downloads, you'll see "yuka.exe". Click that and download it and move it to the folder of the game (same folder with the .ykc files).
Then, without selecting any files in the folder, hold shift and then right click. There will be a new line in the menu that says "Open command window here". Click it.
It's pretty straightforward:
To unpack the .ykc files, you want to type
"yuka.exe unpack data01.ykc" as well as data02.ykc, data03.ykc afterwards.
Some new folders will be created containing the extracted contents.
In my case, data01 contained script, while data02 contained the graphics (tested this using a trial game).
If you look inside the data01/02/03, there are some more folders. What we want are the .ykg (Yuka Graphics) files (assuming you're the same guy that wanted the portraits).
So go into the "ykg" folder. Here, there are even more folders but they contain what we want: the .ykg files which yuka.exe can unwrap back to pngs.
Navigate back up to the folder where yuka.exe is.
Right click > New Text Document. Open that text document in Notepad, and then paste this one line:
for /R %%x in (*.ykg) do yuka.exe unwrap %%x
Save the file as run.bat, and run it.
It should process all .ykgs contained within the subfolders and spit out a .png beside the .ykg file.
It should work, but if a problem crops up we'll try to figure something out.
