I need X program to help me add words (sorta like tags) to filenames. I have about 3k photos that needs to have "tags" added. Or even a program that lets me quickly copy a preset word to my clipboard with a keyboard shortcut or even paste a preset with a shortcut.

And i know windows has a tagging system. Its not super helpful.
