MY Computer got broken can anyone give me idea how to fix

I was using my computer last night to play Roblox and a friend there told me secret to get me a bunch of free robux. We downloaded a program call Team View so he could add free robux to my account. But now I cant open my main computer, I am on my LapTop. I got in contact with the guy from Roblox and he said there was an error with Roblox where they detected fraud and locked my computer but he can fix it only he said the way to fix it is I go to the store to buy Steam Cards for the same amount as the Roblox amount he added to my account and he can transfer the steam funds to Roblox so that the account will balance out and they will unlock my computer and he says the money he added in Roblox will be doubled. So he added $50 in Robux and he said if I send him $20 steam card he can balance it out with another code and then my computer will be un lock.
I dont have any money though and I just want to get back into my main computer. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this. I can ask to borrow money from a friend but I dont know how to pay it back.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
