I don't watch many happy shows because i'm addicted to dystopia, despair, and apocalyptic wastelands, personally depressing stuff makes me more happy, but Girls' Last Tour is a great blend of happiness and bittersweetness. It might not be a best first impression for anime though because there are pedobait scenes scattered around in it. If you find yourself changing your mind and wanting to drown in depression then I would recommend reading BLAME!, it has just about the most unnatural, god forsaken downright fucked "world" in fiction, it might even make you feel better that you don't live there.
