A woman that's clearly unhinged and obsessive and stopped caring about normal moral codes a long time ago but as long as you're willing to commit to the same level of wrongdoings as her then everything will be fine.

I tried searching on VNDB but basically everythingI found by comboing the 'Villainous Heroine' tag with scientist/genius/inventor or whatever was multi-heroine works where it's unlikely to have been the same girl, or they didn't seem like romance games.
