You won't be able to flash it again if it doesn't detect it and you have no screen output, and external flashers are not available for most models, so odds are that you fucked it for good. The good side is that if you remove it (the video card) your computer should be able to work properly with the integrated graphics at a minimum level at least. And when you buy a new card don't try stupid edgy shit to fix basic problems. Ha!
