My hotel keycard never works. Every time I stay at a hotel I always have to go down to the front desk and ask them to fix it.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there some kind of American cultural thing I'm not aware of where you have to tip the front desk when you arrive or they'll mess up your key?
I looked it up by the way, and no I am not keeping it near my phone.
