>>616264>>616264Ok so for your first webm, you need to capture 7 seconds between 3:30 and 3:37. Drop your video file onto MKVtoolnix, it will be put in the 'Input' tab. Click the 'Output' tab. You want to set the settings like pic related. Click 'Start mulitplexing'. When its done it will have output two files. One 3:37 long, the other will be whatever duration is leftover. Take your 3:37 video, put it back into MKV, do the same as before except your duration split time will be set to 3:30, thereby capturing the 7 second video file you want to make the webm. The splitting feature is not always incredibly accurate, so just try to make it work (devs for the program explained this reason on Github, but it didn't really make sense to me).
There is surely a better way of doing this but I've found it useful for simple, idiot-proof video editing and what not.
