Straighten out the circuit to go from left to right so it doesn't tangle with itself (sort of like picrel). That'll reveal more resistors that are in parallel (thus also leading to series simplifications). (From the green loop, we can see that R3 is in parallel with R1&R2. We can thus replace that entire trio with a single, equivalent, resistor.)
Pay very close attention to what parts of the circuit form connected components. For example, the diagram has obfuscated that this red node connects to all those resistors.
