If it wasn't for that I would have considered making something, but I believe this little sentence is just bait to get as many different versions of the logo as possible. You are paying for a job, THIS REQUIRES A CONTRACT so both sides keep their end of the bargain, you can't do that on an anonymous website.
In my opinion offering money on /wsr/ should be a bannable offense, these things are just scams most of the time.
