I am having issues converting my 32bit Windows 7 to 64 bit. Before anyone says it, I know I can run 64bit. I had to re-format my PC because of a bug I must've picked up from somewhere or someone, idk.

Anyway, I've followed the directions of several people, and I cannot go through another UPGRADING WINDOWS screen only for it to never do what I've told it to do.

Am I doing something wrong? Could things have changed somehow in my hardware to where I could no longer run 64 bit? This is maddening.
