Alright since Postshot went out of beta obligatory subscription based thingo. For free users it renders a video with a watermark.
Now I'm getting the idea that you could possibly circumvent this because it can launch in offline mode/Firewall rule to block connections. Granted from the moment you installed the program you'd still have to sign in just like pre-1.0 release so that would require more sophisticated cracking.
So if it can run in offline mode, surely the watermark is being fetched from a local file in the program.
Delete .ico/.svg graphics in 'icons' folder. Nope.
Use Resource Tuner to detect the 256px .ico in postshot.exe and core.dll and delete both, override the modified files in 'bin' folder and restart PC to remove any cached .ico graphics. Nope.
Use Everything search to see any other assets with the .ico, nope.
Got any ideas where this damn .ico graphic is hiding?
