I'm trying to remember a raicng game i played as a kid but i can't remember the name. I remember the title screen had a bunch of cartoony characters walking forward, and there was a racer with a black formula one car. I remember a track that was in a San Fransico type place, a track underwater, and a track in the sky. If anyone knows what game this is, please help me out. Pic not related
