Help finding commercial/TV spot (circa early-mid 2000s, likely 2004)

Hey there /wsr/. I need help locating something I saw when I was very little, no more than 2 or 3 years old. It was on TV and it was either a commercial or a skit. It's a cgi (or close to live action) Spider-Man climbing up a giant studio apartment building in NYC at night with the skyline in the background, he goes inside one of the apartments and they get mad at him and he gets thrown out.
I have no idea if this was a Late Night TV Skit or if it was a commercial or something like that, all I know is that I remember seeing it vividly and have never been able to re-locate it.
