I wouldn't have expected it to be any worse than a bowl of milk for cats, which is not recommended but generally it's just gonna lead to temporary digestive issues. Looks like they're saying grilled cheese is worse for dogs, but some people seem to give it to their dog regularly without issue. Probably a small bite is safe. We'll say this lil nigga is particularly tolerant to it, I suppose.
On a related note, never leave raisins around your dog or cat. Grapes are extremely toxic to cats and dogs, and raisins are basically just concentrated grape. Garlic I've also heard is very dangerous for pets, and onions too. Generally, any spice you should assume can kill them unless you have confirmed otherwise.
