Fujiyama-san wa Shinshuki - Very tall girl and class clown fall in love. Most of the story is just them sharing intimate moments with each other and hanging out together, but the author pulls it off with great art and believably-written young people. Ojiro Makoto's a very good mangaka, so check out "Insomniacs after School" and "Chion-san" as well.
Sakuranbo Syndrome - Very solid adult romance, in which a girl regressing in age comes between a couple willing to help her out. The three main characters have quite interesting personalities and dynamics between each other, the likes of which aren't very common in many romance stories.
Jitsu wa Watashi wa - Classic-style "harem" involving a bunch of monsters undercover at a highschool. Very funny and the plot/relationships progress at a consistent pace throughout.
Ookami Shounen wa Kyou mo Uso o Kasaneru - Saccharine-sweet, short romcom by namo. Doesn't beat around the bush, doesn't get lost in pointless side-plots and doesn't overstay its welcome.
Yofukashi no Uta - Insomniac highschool drop-out wanders the town at night, and decides to hang out with the local cool-kid vampires while trying to figure out what to do with himself.
Yandere Kanojo - Not actually a Yandere, just a Yankee. Romcom that shines with its huge cast and several b-plots.
Koharu no Hibi - Actually a Yandere, but not quite the stereotypical type. Ups and downs of the awkward relationship between a guy and his overly obsessive girlfriend.
