The joke is just that "Megassa", the person she's telling to squeeze her breasts, sounds similar to a word that Jar Jar Binks would say. Imagine she's saying "My breasts... mega squeeze them." and then it would turn into "megassa" squeeze them if Jar Jar Binks said it. Go listen to some Jar Jar Binks lines and it'd make more sense, probably.
