What are some natural ways to improve working memory and awareness? I can't even remember what I have done in the 3 past minutes. I want to be able to hold more information in my head real time and be able to "replay" certain durations of time in my head.
Whenever I try to do double digit multiplication practice for example, I always forget my calculations half way through and have to start over. I'm always in a constant state of forgetfulness and it's really hampered me in life.
